They changed their fee schedule without adequate notice, which affected my active trading strategy. Their so-called 24/7 support line rings out after business hours with zero voicemail option. The server went offline completely for 5 minutes during the London session open, preventing any order management. I requested a full account closure and it took another two weeks — even leaving was painful.
